Processing & Shipping

We strive to deliver with purpose and precision.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Times:
    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days depending on your location
    • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on carrier conditions.

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale

  3. Submit a return request through your order page

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend:

  1. Returning your original item
  2. Placing a new order for the one you want

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs or duties.
